Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Delight Cleaning Group services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Delight Cleaning Group provides professional cleaning services including:

  • Carpet and rug cleaning
  • Vacate and end-of-tenancy cleaning
  • Tile and grout cleaning
  • Upholstery cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Commercial and residential maintenance cleaning

Booking & Scheduling

All cleaning services are subject to availability and confirmation:

  • Bookings can be made online or by phone
  • Confirmation will be sent within 30 minutes where possible
  • Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is free
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Secure valuable items and personal belongings
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
  • Communicate any special requirements or concerns
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Provide reasonable notice for schedule changes

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash on completion.

Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 7 days and are based on the information provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean any areas of concern free of charge where agreed. For end-of-tenancy cleaning, specific bond-back guarantees apply only where agreed in writing for that job.

Insurance and Liability

Delight Cleaning Group maintains public liability insurance and takes great care with your property. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of re-supply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Western Australia.
